Four generations people turn to for a solution.
Our great-grandfather and grandfather were both army mechanics. Our father, ISSIFOU Amadou, became known across the region as "Amadou Fitter" — the man people called when a problem looked unsolvable, whether an engine, a fleet, or a stuck situation. Today his children carry that on, each in their own field: heavy-duty mechanics, health consulting, research support.
A consulting mindset, passed down four generations
Before being mechanics, consultants or trainers, the Amadous are first and foremost people others turn to for advice before acting. That instinct — observe, diagnose, advise — is what ties the Auto Division, Health Consulting and Study-Consulting-Training together under one name.
Three divisions, one way of working
Whether the problem is a 12-ton engine, a healthcare market study or a poorly designed survey, the approach stays the same: understand the situation before acting, and don't walk away until it's properly resolved.

From Bawku to all of West Africa
Two generations of army mechanics
Great-grandfather, a mechanic in the British army; grandfather, a mechanic in the Ghanaian army. That's where the trade entered the family, along with the discipline of a military workshop.
ISSIFOU Amadou, "Amadou Fitter"
Trained by his father, he became the go-to name for heavy-duty truck maintenance between Ghana and Togo. Business owners called him to manage their fleets; everyone else called him for almost everything else.
The 4th generation carries it forward
Several brothers continued in mechanics and parts sales. Dr Amadou built a consulting profile in healthcare and now supports surveys and research. Three divisions, one family.
My father found solutions to whatever problem people brought him. That's what we're trying to carry on, each in our own field. Dr Aboudourazak Amadou, son of Amadou Fitter
